Friday is Good News Day…so…Buyers, Please Read This

Westcoe Realtors, Riverside California…We try to make Fridays “Good News” day as a way to set us all off towards a good weekend…and after much of the real estate insanity chronicled here this week, we need some good news more than ever today.  Enough about the idiots.

So…buyers take note.  In spite of all the trials and tribulations you are currently being forced to endure on your path to home ownership (multiple offers, overbids, appraisal issues, loan issues, time delays, rejections, short sales, etc.) take heart:  stay strong, stay positive, and understand that 5 years from now you will kiss your Realtor for  hanging with you and finally getting you into a home. We know it is a pain at the moment, but never forget that your home is where you mow your own grass, play your music (almost) as loud as you want, and paint the walls whatever color floats your boat.  It’s yours, and no landlord can toss you out on a whim.

Remember…even in these turbulent times, the home prices we are seeing today were absolutely unimaginable to anyone a few years ago, and will probably be unimaginable to anyone a few years from now.  So jump in, buy what you can afford, and stay committed and patient with the process.  Trust me…you will think of this when you mow your grass and paint the wall some wacky color.  Nothing beats the pride of knowing a home is yours to do what you want, when you want to do it.
